Thanks for your reply. I read the instructions for this form at
www.irs.gov and it makes sense. All you have to do is complete
the form and give it back to the casino with the appropriate
taxpayer information for all of the winners. Then, the casino
issues the proper tax forms (splitting up the winnings),
according to the information you have provided to them.

I never knew that this could be done. Thanks, again, for
enlightening me!

    The IRS has a tax form called a 5754, This form can be used to show to
whom the gambling winnings where paid and to whom the gambling winning are
responsible. There is more than one line if there is multiple winners.
