And this is relevant to VP, why?

It's almost as bad as opining here that Democrats are worse tippers than Republicans or Independents.

LOL.

I believe the relavance is that frequenting casinos you are subjecting yourself to:

closed in spaces

contact with strangers

passing of germs in handling money

not to mention?the machine keys themselves.

I remember a few years ago in downtown LV, there was a flu epidemic where a lot ?regular players brought their own antibacterial supplies to swab the buttons and front of the machines. Also,?many casinos?had?an antibacterial gel dispenser put in the buffets right after the cashier.

I think it pays to be pro-active and remember to wash hands frequently and wipe off the machine I plan to play. I also always have a supply of "Emergen-C' with me. I add it to?a cold bottle?of?water and enjoy it while I am playing. It can't hurt. I appreciate the tips posted here. Maybe this could prevent some from spreading/catching any virus or flu.

I always carry Purel with me and use it to wipe entire surface of machine I am playing before I start.? Screen, buttons, anything I touch gets wiped first.

Too much "yucky' stuff around casinos.

The flu virus does not magically pass through the skin of your fingers and infect you.

Simply keeping your fingers away from you face is enough. No need to wipe down machines before playing.

Now if you were hitting the buttons with your nose, I would consider cleaning the keys before playing.

I wonder how many hands an hour can be played using your nose instead of your fingers?

Stay well.

This is easier said than done; even when I start out making a conscious
effort not to, after a while, I've totally forgotten, reached up to
brush hair out of my eyes, rub my eyes, scratch an itch, etc.
