They're putting in a new tile walkway, so temporarily the 10/7 DB machines are in storage, but they WILL be put back out in a month or so when they get the walkway done.
I scouted around as far as comp ratio goes. On the 10/6 DDB machines, playing 25c (50c/$ may earn more/less) I earned .3%
I checked on 9/6 JoB on a separate bank, and it also earned .3%.
I ALSO checked a bank of spin pokers; where I play 5c 5-play, and I earned .25%.
I then checked the $ 9/6 JoB coin-droppers with the 4500 coin royal by the Broadway Bar, and THEY earned at .25%!!!
So obviously the best play here is the 10/6 DDB (which are now relocated to their original spot next to the double doors coming in from the parking garage; Labeled: Aces&Faces Bonus Poker)
Or the bank RIGHT outside Rosie's cafe with 9/6 JoB
