Well sort of, but this is group about VP in Reno. Perhaps you are
thinking of Alaska's oldest newspaper- The Nome Nugget.

I may getting off subject a bit, but does anyone know how many casinos
have the name "nugget" in Nevada. Off the top of my head, I can think
of quite a few:
John Ascuaga's Nugget - Sparks
Carson Nugget- Carson City
The Nugget- Crystal Bay (North Lake Tahoe)
Golden Nugget- Las Vegas
Jerry's Nugget- Las Vegas
Wendover Nugget- Wendover
Pahrump Nugget- Pahrump
The Nugget- Searchlight
Golden Nugget- Laughlin
The Silver Nugget- North Las Vegas

There must be more. Anyone care to add to the list? By the way, I have
been in all of those but two.
