JA Nuggett report for Nov 18 weekend

Great news for VP progressive players..... The VP progressives on the
Trader Dicks bartops have been moved to the wall next to Starbucks.
You cant miss it due to the 60 inch plasma screens listing the current JP.

There are now 14 machines, all uprights, offering a Progressive RF at
$1, 25 cents and 5 cents. The games offered are 8/5 JOB, 10/8/5 BP,
9/6 DBP, 9/5 DDBP, 9/6 TDBP, 10/4 DBDW. The jackpot stood at
$7500/1700/360 on Saturday (nov 18) morning, with 12 machines in use.
A little after lunchtime, the JP was 7500/1000/375, and 4 machines
were in use. I guess someone got a quarter RF. I calc that these
games go positive at 8665/2166/433.

The bartops at Trader Dicks were upgraded to 9/6 JOB, and similar
playable games I forgot to write down, and still play at 50 cents, $1
and $2.

Changes are coming to the "John's Card" comp system. They likely will
go to a tiered system, color coded cards, etc. Hope they dont
downgrade the .75% comp rate on all play, VP or table games.

These sound like terrible base paytables for VP games, requiring high RF for positive play, and extreme volatility. While these may provide occasional opportunitities for play, it's hard to get excited about.

The one game I can't parse from your message is 10/8/5 BP. Obviously it's not 8/5 BP as that would be break even below 6000 coins.
