I didn't check those particular machines, but I recommend you either bring your winpoker or a handy printout of the paytables and percentages so you can check the paytables before you play. However, at a glance, it didn't appear that any of that row of machines (at least physically) were moved.
If you haven't been to the Nugget before.... these machines are located between the Broadway Bar (the bar located in front of the Celebrity Showroom) and the High Limit Slot area. The high limit area is surrounded by a 4 foot wall and these machines butt up to the outside of the wall.
Good luck and get some Royals! Also, be sure to use your John's club card because you can self-comp (with your earned club dollars) at all the restaurants.
