Hi all,
We've made it to Tunica a couple times over the last year or so and we
were getting some room offers from the Sheraton in the monthly mailer.
We moved a couple months ago and, although we put a forward order on
the old address, we haven't received any of the monthly mailings at
the new address.
Both the website and the (quite rude) boothling I spoke with on the
phone said that the only way I can change the address is in person at
the booth. When I mentioned that we had been getting room offers and
asked how we could still take advantage of those she only said we
could "stop by the desk and see if it's in the computer". Well, the
desk is eight hours away from me.
So...we've been talking about taking another trip in a few months but
I'd like to know about my room comp status BEFORE making a reservation
rather than book it and then find out any comps in my account had
expired.
Would it do any good to try and contact a host and make a reservation
through them (I've never contacted one)? Would they be able to see
what types of offers I had been receiving? Any other advice?
