It's Still Gambling

A couple of observations:

First, the word "truth" appears in the title of a certain book on how to win
playing VP.

Second, the author of that book has said that when he first started playing
VP, he played "by the book" -- meaning 100% games with accurate max-EV
strategy, and lost lots of money. Possibly even "tens of thousands of dollars." For
that reason, he now claims that the VP "gurus" are wrong, lie about their
winnings, and just make money by selling their products.

Draw your own conclusions. Might be a different person.

This is an extremely unlikely result --- although I'm assuming that by
"full pay" he/she means "over 100%" --- and also assuming that we're
talking about several hundreds of hours of play over the years.

I have no idea who truthseekr99 is --- or whether we also know him/her
under a different pseudonym...
