It is going to be gorgeius!

This morning near Ann Arbor, MI, it was 2 degrees.
Tomorrow morning is supposed to have temps near 5 below at dawn.

Boy, do I wish the Super Bowl was in Detroit THIS year!
heh heh heh.....

In the North suburbs of Chicago it is going all the way up to
8 degrees today.......that is, if you don't count the "windchill"
factor. Meaning, "it feels like" 10 BELOW zero.

So do I. You can't play the Super Bowl in 70 degrees and sunshine! It's a
sign of the apocalypse. Tomorrow morning Bears fans are predicted to
tailgate at Soldier Field. As coverage inevitably cuts away to those fans,
I will be watching on HDTV from my heated living room and I will salute them
as their digits turn purple and fall off.

If you're a season Bears ticket holder, anything subject to frostbite
has long since been amputated.

Having grown up in N. Mich., as far as I'm concerned a spectator sport
involving less than 3 layers of clothing (4 counting outerwear) isn't
football.
