I don't think that's what Bob said, and everyone here knows that implication doesn't happen. What I read was that advantage players believe the amount of play they give all machines generates a certain 'term' they relate to, and he believes it's the machine's lifetime only that one can apply the long-term rule to. I also didn't read anything about his implying that human emotions, etc. affect machines.
