Isle of Capri Reduces VP cashback

I got a postcard in the mail from the Isle of Capri Black Hawk.
They're advertising triple points for "preferred" players every Sunday
in May. Unfortunately, the postcard also states: $15 coin-in on all
slots for 1 point, $30 coin-in on all video poker for 1 point, 100
points = $5 cashback, so VP cashback is down to .166%.
