Isle of Capri mailings

Anyone having difficulty with Isle of Capri mailings? I was receiving
mailings from both Isle of Capri and Colorado Central Station. I have
not received Isle mailings for October or Novermber even though I have
continued to play there but C.S. mailings continue even though I stoped
playing there three months ago when they dropped the video poker
cashback rate to .25%. I am playing on a C.S. card at the Isle. I
notice that Isle Mile balances are now listed on C.S. mailings so I am
wondering if they have adopted a single mailing for both casinos
policy. Efforts to resolve this with the Isle players club have not
been sucessfull. They claim that they are continuing their mailings to
me and that the post office must is responsible if I am not getting the
mailings. Meanwhile, they have adopted a new policy of not reprinting
lost coupons at the players club which makes me suspicious that they
have changed things internally but do not wish to publicly aknowledge
the change. I am wondering if I should exchange my C.S. card for an
Isle card but I am afraid to rock the boat for fear of losing the C.S.
mailing. If anyone else is having similar experiences it would be
helpfull to hear about it.

Have not played either place for quite a while, and no mail from
either. Sorry. Not much help here.
