Palace - $5 NSU/etc machine not found; (2) 25c 10-play 8/5 BP/STP uprights upstairs along wall.

The two STP machines used to be marginally playable back before the Palace put "This machine not eligible for return rewards" stickers on their VP machines, which happened 2 or 3 years ago. Since then, I've experimented once or twice with putting reasonably decent coin thru on these machines, and the mailers have been next to nothing (like $5 per week). So I crossed the Palace off my list.
