The Venetian is offering free play if you cash your IRS refund check there. But I believe you must have received this specific offer to do it. I have only heard of people getting $50 or $100 in free play this year depending on their offer level.
Also the El Cortez has this ongoing promotion. From their website: "Cash any Tax Return, Government Check, or Payroll check from any Clark County Gaming property and receive 5% of your check in free play, up to $50".
