I would recommend not cashing a bunch of tickets. You can combine tickets
into one (generally), by reinserting them into a machine and combining them.
Also I try not to cash out cashback amounts over $1000. I don't want to
trigger any strange W2Gs for cashback.
Different casinos have different requirements. If you get a large cashback
check at the Gold Coast, for example, they call back to the slot club make
sure it is correct. If you cash out large demonination chips at some places,
such as $500 chips, they may call to check on that.
