So I was playing Deuces Wild at my local casino and this guy sits
down next to me and also starts playing deuces wild, I use the word
playing loosely. I watch him hold nothing but deuces on every
hand, I sit there and smile to myself. About 2 minutes later he
hits quad deuces for $500, these are 50 cent machines. He looks
over and smiles at me and says "I like playing deuces wild too." He
continues to play and about 5 minutes later hits 4 deuces again. He
smiles at me, I smile back and say "nice job". He plays about 20
more hands and gets up saying "it's just not giving me deuces to
work with anymore". He moves to the next machine and within 10
minutes hits quad ducks again. I'm thinking to myself "I hate you,
I hate you, I hate you" while smiling at him. He then moved to the
next machine and only played like 3 hands before getting 4 deuces.
I stopped what I was doing and watched him. He moved from machine
to machine in the row and just kept hitting quad deuces over and
over. He must have netted about $3500 in a one hour period. Has
anyone ever seen this before? I know some people play like this for
the RF so that they reduce the cycle down to about 23000 hands, but
this was ridiculous. Should I change my style of play, since this
was obviously working for him, or did he just have extraordinary
good luck? I noticed he wouldn't go near the $1 machines because
they pay $1250 which means W2G.
