Interesting news about Greektown bounceback

Deb and I were there today, and discovered something quite interesting. If
you get bounceback for a specific month (they call it Bonus Cash now,
redeemable right at your VP machine), you can redeem all previous unused bounceback for
that month.

For example, I got 2 for $25 each, one good 9/1 - 9/15, and the other good
9/16 - 9/30. Deb got 3 for $20 each, good for ten-day periods. We went today,
9/30, and discovered that we were able to redeem the whole month's worth. I
got the $50, she got her $60.

My guess is that this is a computer glitch that they'll figure out sooner or
later.

Brian,

   I got two $40 bonus bouncebacks (BBs) and a $50 coupon for the
Alley Grill for October. I got two $70 BBs last month and a smaller
coupon for the Alley Grill.
   I will probably be cutting back somewhat on my trips to the
casinos from now on because I've just retired (as of Friday and not
my choice) and my income is going to be much lower. When I do go, I
will be going back to playing quarters again. I certainly love
hitting those royals for four grand and up, but can't handle those
very expensive losing streaks in between anymore.
   I do have a trip to see my Dad in Minnesota coming up (he's 98
and ailing) and will get there via casinos on the way there and
back. We're planning to go the Chicago route there and then the UP
route on the way back. I will do an article for Midwest Casino Guide
about it.

Terry you can join me on the nickel 10 play DDB! I was dealt a flush
containing 4 to a RF. I drew 1 and ended up with 2 RF's, 8,000
nickels. I ended up giving most of it back on those damn $ bartops,
but it was fun to even hit for nickels. Guess I'll be joining Brian
for dinner since I also got a $25 comp for the Grapevine, and 3 $20
bounceback coupons. Sorry to hear about your retirement I know you
enjoyed your job. Is this age related? I got a good employment law
attorney in Illinois.
