Thank you for your follow-up email of May 17, 2007 concerning the
testing of electronic gaming machines in Ontario .
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) conducts
inspections on and approves all electronic gaming equipment before it
is made available for patron play, including any changes that are
made after the original installation of the equipment. AGCO
enforcement officers also conduct random inspections of the
electronic gaming equipment on an ongoing and regular basis.

the machines are fair, it is good to receive some reassurance to that
effect.
One followup question that does come to mind is: How often are
individual machines subjected to the verification processes you
described?
