Information on the new EW and CB

I see that the new owners have all new websites up and running. The
Colorado Belle has a large banner that states they have 1200 all new
slots.

Of particular interest to me is the slot club. They state that the
present One Club will stay till July 1st, then the new Access Players
Club will start.

They state that the Access Players Club will be $1 coin in= 1 point
on slots. No mention about VP. ??

Here are the "rewards" for 1000 points:
$2.00 in cash back
$7.00 in comps
$3.00 in free slot play

The on line reservation system is not operational at this time.

It looks like the Orleans Room at the Belle is the only one to get
the axe at either place.

What do you think? Check it out:

Sounds pretty good to me, .2% CB, .7% Comps, and .3% FP. Looks
like .5% just in FP and CB, let's hope they keep that up.

If they have any good VP, and the VP rate is $1/pt., let's hope it
puts heat on the competitors.

Is it all three things or is it a choice of either or?

It is all three. Now before we get all excited at the generosity of
the new system, keep in mind this is slots. I checked the information
on Saddle West in Pahrump, as the new owners already own this one.
The latest report is that it is $2.00/point on VP. I think we have to
assume that will be the case at the CB and EW. If that is true, then
we are looking at .25% on cash back/free play. The comps will be .35%.

The next question is what will happen to any cash back and comps
earned before the new ownership. Now I pretty much cleared out my
accounts, so it is not a factor for me. It is possible that could
have been a mistake. I checked the One Club website, and my points
left are still there. It looks like those can still be used at two
places- Circus Circus in Reno and Las Vegas. You can check your
balance with this link: http://www.myoneclub.com

It is possible and maybe likely (?) that the new owners will maintain
points earned under the old owners. This is not uncommon, as they
like to maintain "good will" with all previous and good customers. If
they do this, this is an opportunity to double dip on cash back and
comps. Time will tell. I had this happen to me when the LV Hilton
and Caesars Lake Tahoe were sold. I just found out a few months ago
that I still had over $90 in comps at MontBleu Lake Tahoe from the
previous owners- nice.

Well now I'm torn between two thoughts. First, do I just leave the cash back and comps
alone for a little double dipping? Or second, when I go to Circus Circus Reno on June 21st
should I use everything up? Based on what "C" is saying it sounds like I don't have to
worry too much about using everything up. But if anyway else hears anything within the
next few days I'd appreciate knowing. ha
