Peppermill: Suggest that you read the message archives
on vpFREE_Reno and post questions and your experiences
there.
Rampart: The marketing effort here is directed primarily at
locals. Working with a host is probably the best way to go
for non-locals. Also check to make sure your account isn't
marked for "no mail" which is SOP for many non-locals.
