I have gone through the same thing back in tax year 2000. (Indiana lost my forms so they tried to dun me. I had my records so they are happy!)
Unfortunately you will not get a refund except possibly a couple of dollars. (Unless your occupation is a professional gambler.) What is important is that this most of this tax can be used as a reduction to the IL state income tax.
After you fill out your Federal Income Taxes, you will need to fill out Indiana form IT-40 PNR (Non-Resident) + schedule "A" included with it.
With your IL State Income Tax, you will need to fill out schedule "CR". (This does not come with the tax form package so you will need to get it online or by mail from the IL Dept. of Revenue.) The credit calculated on schedule "CR" will be less because it is based on the 3% IL income tax rate while Indiana taxes at 3.4%.
My mom nailed $2551 about a month ago from the 25c progressive at Harrah's E. Chicago, so she has the same situation.

Subject: [vpFREE_Chicago] Indiana withholding taxes
We are Illinois Residents and have a couple of Indiana W-2Gs. When
paid, Majestic kept some money for Indiana tax. Would like to know
the best way to get an Indiana State tax refund for the amounts
withheld.
