Indiana Income Tax Withholding

We live in Illinois, and accumulated two w-2g's in Indiana this year.

I do not know how to claim a refund for the amounts that was withheld by the casino.

I would appreciate anyone's help with instructions about what to file where.

I have had this issue for many years. You will have to fill out and file an
IN return as a non resident (Form IT-40PNR) and also as part of your IL
return schedule CR (IL-1040 Schedule CR). Since this year has a 3.4% rate
for IN and a 5% rate for IL, IL will effectively tax you 1.6% on those
W-2Gs. (What a ripoff!)

I should have added that those forms can be downloaded online from the
Indiana dept of revenue and the Illinois dept of revenue web sites.
