Indiana and Illinois gaming regs.

I was wondering if anyone knows whether both or either Indiana and
Illinois have the same gaming regulations in terms of video poker
and the RNG as Nevada and New Jersey. I have lost the equivalent of
a half a royal for 13 visits since the first of the year at Magestic
Star, but I win two out of three visits I make to Harrah's Joliet
and the Empress Joliet. It really feels like Magestic is fixed.
These numbers of wins and losses include the fact that whenever I am
up by one four of a kind I lock up 100 coins in my Win Bank 2000. I
have not even had a four of a kind on Jacks or Better at Magestic in
over three visits and a total of 8 hours of play. This just seems
strange to me especially after 9 royals in the last quarter of the
last year at Magestic star. Yes, I have 9 Mike Ditka shirts from
these royals. On my last royal the slot manager wrote down my name,
address, and slot card number. Since then I cannot win, either
playing on my card or my spouses card. This Indiana play does not
seem possible especially because I am playing full pay JoB in
Indiana and 7/5 Bonus Poker in Illinois.

Any explanation would be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Tabrc

Luck? Not very satisfying, I know, but one cannot expect evenly distributed
(in terms of time, place or denomination/game played) results. I scored
several royals at MS at the beginning of last year and then got killed
everywhere I played relentlessly until my one trip to Reno where I scored a
couple of royals for a $7K win. Skewed results have been the norm rather
than the abberation in most of my vp play.

I too have noticed on several trips at approx. 7h play on single hand that the 4oak do not come as close to expected. 2 4oak per trip average ,I play about 700h per hour. On a high note, last time I was there I was playing spin poker for .25's and 3 (4-2's) on NSU on 9 hand 3 (2's) draw. I paly alot of video poker in IN, NV, MI,. seems as though the newer machines don't hit 4oak like the older ones do. Just Curious, are the machines that you play in joliet new or old?

I don't really know if the machines are old or new. They look
like the same machines I played last summer at Casino Royale in
Vegas.
    Thanks to all that replied.
