It's different here in Florida. At the Seminole Hard Rock Casino there is
Class 2 Gaming. Some of the machines look familiar to slot players, but they are
based on bingo games on top of their screen. (Tough to explain) Also, they
are not allowed to have VP, or BJ, or any of the other LV type games. Only
slots, Bingo (VERY big) & live poker. (Get this! A $10 pot limit)
When I asked why not a higher pot limit, I was told that Jeb Bush (Gov) is
considering a bill on his desk to raise the limit.
When I asked about the 'real' LV games, I was told that there is a federal
lawsuit being contested between the Seminole Tribe & the Federal Govt. (Off the
record I was told to "blame Disney & blame the Bible belters")

My question is......If this reservation is on sovereign territory (Seminole
Reservation) why can't they have any kind of gambling they want, without the
governmental hassles? Why is only Class 2 gaming allowed? But not Class 3?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Thank You
CF
