CA Indian Casinos used to exclusively use machines that were set to guarantee a specific hold percentage for the house. These are all non name brand machines. The Wall Street Journal wrote a scathing article about this about two years ago. If you play video blackjack DO NOT play the "SEGA Robo Dealer" as this has the same problem. Yes this is the same "SEGA" that markets Sonic the Hedgehog.

I play only IGT machines that state :" the game is
based on a 52 card deck". Are you saying it is
possible or likely that a CA Indian Casino can (or do)
set the machines to limit winning hands?
Thanks,
