I am sure there are unscrupulous casinos and game
manufacturers, however I cannot imagine IGT to be one.
They are a huge public company with too much at stake
to be modifiying VP machine to limit winners, even if
the casino requested it. On the other hand I don't
see how a Casino could modify the machine easily
either. However, maybe we all all "dupes".
Frank Scoblete in his book: "Victory at Video Poker"
questions if VP in Atlantic City is based on aa true
52 card random draw.

I'm sure IGT holds numerous patents and copywrites
that would be
violated. I suspect some of these are even
international. The reason
I bring up copywrites is because the "modified" game
would look just
like the original IGT game.
I'm not a lawyer so maybe someone else could clarify.<

I play only IGT machines that state :" the game is
based on a 52 card deck". Are you saying it is
possible or likely that a CA Indian Casino can (or
do)
···
set the machines to limit winning hands?
Thanks,
