Indian casinos

The thing with most Indian casinos is that they can change their pay tables and do so at will. On regular slots, they can cut the payback percentages way back to whatever they want. On VP they just change the payables to a lower payback percentage. That is what you find at FW in Ct.. No need to cheat the customer, just lower the percentage.

I've never heard anything about vp being gaffed at Indian Casinos. But
there was talk back in the nineties of Soaring Eagle getting caught
twice with not enough Aces in their blackjack multi-deck games.

Mickey,

Regarding "talk", one hears lots of talk from losers, usually not
from winners. I have played many many NSUD hands there and have no
reason to believe they are nothing but legit. In fact for quite a
while I was over royaled, but it is catching up now

Bill,

Regarding the rest of your answer in your previous post. Appreciate
that also. Would like an expansion of why they have more to lose
than a public casino, but either way, if ever proven the PR would be
something else.

Like as has been said, no need to cheat, just cut the pay schedule,
people are still playing them.

What about the marked card scam ripping off the bankers at BJ at the Sycuan Casino, with the fired dealers being able to work later at Viejas?

California Court of Appeals dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, which
was a horrible decision IMHO. Under IGRA, states retain jurisdiction
for penal code offenses.

There were marked cards pretty much everywhere. The best story I heard
was at Sycuan, where the cards were marked with lasers. The only
bankers who were successful were the guys who used to be crossroaders
or device players themselves. One group of former device players won
millions banking games from SoCal to Texas.

Another thing about Indian casinos is if you get injured through their
negligence who are you gonna sue? Maybe there is something in some
compacts but as far as I know you can't sue an Indian Nation without
their permission.
