I would like to briefly discuss the topic of Indian Casinos in the
Midwest.
I have played a great deal of Video Poker throughout the country and
I am fairly confident that at some of the Indian Casinos in the
Midwest, that the casino has a higher advantage then purly from the
payout tables.
To clarify, some of the VP machines are not purly random.
Any other opinions?
Simply put, Indian casinos should be as strickly regulated as casinos
in NV and MS.

This is always possible as the Indian casinos have little or no
regulation. I would suggest you be a little more specific about which
casinos and which games. The general feeling around here is that the
paytables are so bad and the majority of players don't have a clue in
most of these casinos that cheating really isn't necessary.
To clarify, some of the VP machines are not purly random.
VLT are random but not based on a single 52 card deck. If you run
into a casino that doesn't have standard VP machines then I would
never go back.

I doubt you'd get any objection from anyone here. However, I can't
see this happening anytime in the near future. The gov't doesn't
really care about gamblers and the Indians don't want outside
regulation.
