In case anyone cares

it looks like there will be no casino in Ohio any time soon

Argosy spent millions on an advertising campaign to help defeat the
constitutional amendment that was proposed

I care!! There were so many negative television and radio commercials,
it is no wonder Ohioans were afraid to pass Issue 6 I know we have
many people who want a casino in Ohio, but, if you believed the
advertising you heard day after day after day anyone would have had
doubts.

I care!! There were so many negative television and radio commercials,

MyOhioNow reports that it will try to present a different proposal in
November, 2009 to sponsor multiple locations in the state. They will
modify the language that Argosy and others claimed was a "loophole"
that potentially could allow the casino to pay no state income tax.

We shall see.
