I took a look at the Imperial Palace inventory and found
the multigames with Aces Bonus on them. The 25c version is
as you have listed but the two pair pays 1 coin instead of
2 making the return 96%. The 50c version is 97.11%
(6-5-4-3-2-1) and the $1 version is 98.25% (7-5-4-3-2-1).

JoB in one bank at the back of the casino. I didn't find
