Either way that is a small part of the experience. The staff on property
has always been fine.
A very big problem, not just with the screwed-up booking but with the entire
experience of their hotel operation after arrival, during the stay, and after
departure. The casino was fun and the brewpub was excellent, but I won't ever
set foot in there again.
