i am participating in a focus group next week. don't know why i was
picked, the majority of my play is at the indiana boats.
from the screening questions if was asked, i think the focus will be
on three casinos. they would be harrahs joliet, hollywood, and the
empress.
is anyone has any complaints, good things to say, or suggestions for
improvement that i can bring to this meeting please let me know.

If I have to pay an admission fee to Harrah's to play worse VP than I
can find at MS in Indiana I won't be there.
They appear to want players who do not make decisions like that, so I
doubt I fit the target demographic.
Used to love Harrah's before I learned about VP pay schedules.
