If you didnt get your expected South Point mailer, you likely been 86ed

I played to the top mailer, $50 a week, didnt get it. Went there and my card says "customer not found". Suit comes out from backroom and says I can no longer get club benefits because I played mostly on 2x point days.
I was in a hurry and forget to ask about my $500+ cash back. I get the sense they might give me a hard time collecting it, or may have even deleted its record from their computers. Ouch!

I know two other people who got the "Customer Not Found" message when they inserted their card. One had played for top mailer but the other only played to the $15 one. Hummmmm..... Haven't heard yet about what explanation was given.

Add two more people. Told only played on double point days. It is like a store having a sale and getting upset because you only shop on sale days!!

Again that is not 86'ed, 86 means you can't pay for a hotel room or meal, you cannot be on the premises period.

I think Gaming would have a problem if you did not get stated benefits like normal points, accrued points etc - they have forced casinos to honor points before - but they have no obligation to give you a mailer.

You don't see Macy's throwing out people who only shop on sales days, but the casinos do.

I also got the "customer not found" message, but the club was closed when I was there so I haven't heard their explanation yet. So for those who have also gotten this message, I assume they are paying what cashback you already earned, but you can not earn any more from here on out. Is that correct?

yes

It will be interesting to find out how people make out retrieving their already EARNED cashback. My lesson learned is to not leave MY cashback in THEIR pocket
