A friend of mine who works there told me they have records of the points
of
all the people who got the "customer not found" message. All you have to
do is go to the slot club, show ID, and ask for your money.
If anyone does this and is refused, you should go to Gaming. Earned cash
back cannot legally be confiscated by the casino.

I played to the top mailer, $50 a week, didnt get it. Went there and my
card says "customer not found". Suit comes out from backroom and says I
can
no longer get club benefits because I played mostly on 2x point days.
I was in a hurry and forget to ask about my $500+ cash back. I get the
sense they might give me a hard time collecting it, or may have even
deleted its record from their computers. Ouch!
