There have been several posts from people asking if Detroit or the
Indiana riverboats are better than W Va. The fact that anyone would
even ask that question leads me to believe that many people do not
realize how bad W Va is. Indiana and Michigan have 99% games,
compared with 91-91.5% in W Va. 91-91.5% is not their average for VP,
but rather their best games. You would be hard pressed to find a worse
state to play VP.
