What a GREAT response!!

I once saw correspondence between a member of an organization and the president, with the member rudely criticizing an open letter the president had sent to the membership.

The president responded, "Thank you for your insulting letter. I will give your opinion the attention it deserves".

I loved it. Have never forgotten that phrase, nor will I forget this response above!!!

He did go on, after that, to explain why the open letter was composed in the way it was.
