You would have had a stronger case with NGC if you had
documented a couple of cases, leaving Harrah's out of these
instances, and waited a week or more before calling in NGC.
When Stations first started all of this coupon mania insanity
a few years ago, I wasn't given credit for several hundred
thousand points over the initial three or four months. I keep
good records and eventually got every point I had earned, but
I'm sure that a lot of people didn't get a lot of points they
had earned. Stations cleaned up there act and I haven't had any
major points problems in a long time. I never contacted NGC.
