I’m diamond aspirations lvl 1 and have $100 folio coming to me but I don’t spend anything in the casino except gamble so I don’t change anything to my room.
I read that harrahs new Orleans converts the folio into reward credits.
I will be at harrahs new Orleans this week.
where/who do I see to convert the $100 folio into reward credits?

I only have experience with the 7* annual trip $500 spending allowance. In that case, the usual folio credit is instead awarded as RC’s on arrival in NOLA automatically.
I imagine the Aspiration trip credit is handled similarly by NOLA, but have no direct experience.

Im in new Orleans and booked my hotel from caesars website like normal.
the supervisor at the total rewards booth say they don’t covert folio credit to rc.
guess I have to book my stay as a Folio trip and call to make the reservation?
