How stupid...Ceasars VIP vs Diamond

I am just wondering if VIP treatment is different than standard issue Diamond
card treatment at Ceasars-LV? Wasn't there talk about a special VIP lounge
in the new Augustus tower separate from a Diamond lounge?

As a Diamond, I do appreciate the benefits primarily in Laughlin. First, if
you book on-line you can gave them an arrival time. I can walk into the
Diamond check-in lounge when they open at 8am. Maybe they can't get me in a room
right away, but they earmark a room (not cleaned-checked out status), make keys
(set aside) and do the paperwork. I can now wander away from the casino and
know the room should be ready by noon. Pick-up the keys later takes ten
seconds.

My only non-Laughlin experience occured at the Rio last November for the
Winterfest offer. Diamond check-in had a room for me at 9am, which was my stated
arrival time. This was appreciated.

YES THERE IS A VIP LOUNGE AT CAESARS AND NOW 7* ONLY CHECK IN USED TO BE COMBINED WITH DIAMOND,as now the new diamond lounge is open with 4 internet stations and new diamond check in next door

Today I booked myself into Caesar's on an offer I'd received and was told to go to the VIP
check-in on arrival. When I asked where exactly it was, the Casino Marketing sais she had no
idea as things kept moving around! However she said I should look for the signs when I came
in. Big fat help! Does anyone know where exactly does a regular Diamond card holder check
in and also where is the regular Diamond lounge?
