Yes, I have. It was part of a 3 royal marathon within 2 hours on the same
machine a few years back.

I'm not into the mathematics part of VP, but I would guess it's pretty rare
since most players almost always hold a least one hi card and never toss away
an entire hand. In the case of DW, I would guess people toss away all 5 dealt
cards more often than a J'sOB or other bonus games.

The one and only time it happened for me was on a 25-cent deuces wild
machine at Circus Circus Reno 10 or 11 years ago.
