How much coin in per "point" at Aquarius on good VP?

What is the amount of coin in needed to earn one point while playing the full pay VP machines at Aquarius?

Is it the same as for slots and poor schedule VP machines?

I found the answer if VPfree is still accurate:

$8/1 point for positive VP
$2/1 point for other VP

So my follow on question is, is 9/6 JB considered "positive VP" there?
