I used to get great comps then forgot to cancel a 3day reservation.
Comps have been horrible ever since.
Guess that counted as no playing them. 
Multiple 1000 tc per day weekends vp for 2months didn't help. (I only play vp.)
Still getting crappy offers 4 months later.
So how many months of not playing at their casinos will my acct 'reset' so I can do a 2500 or 5000tc day to get great offers again?

For my play lvl, I consider a great offer as free premium rooms for Fri+sat.
Ie: Bayview & waterfront at Harrah's atlantic City

Sometime u just miss the cut by a few points. In that case a host can help, I believe.
I have heard of player that had their cash bonus $$ being cashed without
playing except for free play. Happened over a month. No more offers next month.
He talked to host. They labeled the player an undesirable player. Happened in AC.
Host straightened things outā¦ The guy suspected a āfriendā raided his free play and
cash back. Host didnāt have interest in who raided, just fixed the thing.
