I went to the Silverton last year, I gave them a moderate amount of play (enough to move me up to the tier above basic) in one day.
I went to the slot club to get my new card, they said it would come in the mail.
I said, oh, then you mail to Canada do you ? Boothling thought so, I of course have never received any mail from them since.
I therefore have not been back.
I can never figure out why casinos will send mail to a penny ante player that lives in upper Maine and is 6 hours away by plane from Las Vegas,
but will not mail to a mid level player, that comes often and is a lot closer, but happens to be across the border.
Casinos go out of the way to get your e-mail address and then don't bother to use it.

A.P.

Subject: [vpFREE] How does the Silverton Slot Club work?
I'm interested in observations, good and bad, about how
Silverton's Discovery Club works. The casino has asked me to help them
in evaluating the club, but before I can recommend anything I need
understand what does and doesn't work about the current system. Note
that some of your comments will be forwarded on the Silverton
management, but your name definitely will NOT be forwarded.
