My wife and I are just back from the Las Vegas TI, and while we had a
great time, we hope that someone can explain how the Player's Club works.
My wife and I have linked cards, and we together totalled
approximately 3200 slot credits. But when we checked whether we were
entitled to any free play, we were told that we did not have enough
credits. We were surprised since we had gotten free play last year on
comparable play.
It also seemed weird that our friend who strictly played poker, and
clearly generated a lot less money and play for the casino received
comps amounting to $40. As a side note, he carried credits over from
last year, but our credits, and the credits of another slot playing
couple we were with were not carried over.
Can someone explain how the MGM system works? We are $1.25 VP players.
Would we have been better off playing on one account?
