How do YOU play a suited king-ten?

My post today, however, concerns a suited king-ten. And it bugs me to
hold those two in ANY game.

I only inadvertently discovered that when this hand has a flush
penalty in 9/6 double double, all 3 cards should be held. I had
thought the flush had to pay 7 bets for that to be possible.

In 10-6-40 it's razor thin between the K, the KT, and the KTs, and
merely wafer thin in 9-6. Less so with a 9. Actually, in 10-6-40 the
KT is still the right hold, unless you have a 9. Statistically, it's
insignificant, however.
