How do you do at MS vs Regulated Gambling Destina...

That's a logical conclusion, however why would VLT's in upstate NY that are
based on a bingo (lottery game) only pay 8/5 for JOB. Why doesn't it list 20/10
on the pay table? Even though it is VP, it is only going to pay out the %
it's programmed for.

The real answer is greed. The more they make, the more they want.

As was stated, It would be very easy to install a chip that was based on a 52
card deck RNG for all hands except a royal. The royals could be reduced to
20% of the norn and still not be detected.

This is just an opinion from someone who has gotten his ass kicked at MS
consistently while winning in Vegas, AC and MS.

Well I stand corrected. I still believe the new machines are on the
up and up or they never would have downgraded them.

At MS I played ~13,000 hands before I hit a royal with 3 SF's nestled
in. I then switched to the PKM's.

Last year I played 100,240 hands of PKM
and had 24 quads, 4 SF's and no royals.

At MS $1 PKM I had 6 quads out of 11 quad cycles (26,000 hands). I
had my first SF at 19,000 hands.

In full-pay PKM a Royal attributes .34% of the return, a SF
attributes .62%, and a quad attributes 5.08%.

If I were MS and my object was to cheat the customers, I wouldn't
shortchange the Royal. I would be much better off just paying out 8
of 10 quads. This would yield 3 times more profit than eliminating
the Royal, and be very hard to detect since normal variance would
give some people their requisite # of quads while others would be
more shortchanged.

Note: Normal quad frequency is every ~2360 hands.
