You may be both be right to a point - it would be interesting to see actual
numbers. I would assume the 2% number makes sense for games like JOB and
FPDW which have relatively large numbers of skilled players and reasonably
intuitive strategies. For games like DDB (and worse) my guess would be more
towards 4% (or worse) since skilled players avoid these games and the holds are
often counter-intuitive.

The number I've seen most is 2%. Still a money-maker for the casinos.
