Free play is usually already on your card - so I don't see the
connection. there have been times while waiting for the rooms to be
cleaned before we could check in, we played in the casino and we
were able to use our free play.

Pepps free-play notification mailings might say that stay is

in the fine print, but I've visited Pepps during stays at other
hotel/casinos, accessed my freeplay with my slot card & pin,
played
enough hands and cashed it out and dashed back to my 'home'
casino.
One time I even had the audacity to take a limo and had the driver
'keep it running'. Cashed out $325 playing $1 BP.
And to pre-respond to the usual concerns about repurcussions from
the
Pepp host/computer/promo dept for this behavior: None.
I've done the same stop and grab at Silver for bonus cash when I
was
stayin at Pepps or elsewhere.
I'm not totally unethical: I just treat free-play and bonus cash
as a
reward for previous play as opposed to a come-on for future play.
