Hosts, Directors and VP

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but coming form MA, it is better then any east coast play for the $ player.

With free tickets to any concert or sporting events, free or discount rooms with suite upgrades, 1.1% comps and stores my wife loves to shop in and mailed gift and gas cars, MS is much better then a marginal play in my opinion.

Add to this that it is a 1 1/2 hour drive vs a flt and longer drive and it may be a long time before I head back to AC.

The only problem is that I can't hit a freaken royal there to save my life.

I agree. MS is not bad for the $1 player. If you live in New England and are
looking for an enjoyable, and in the long run inexpensive, time playing vp
then MS is a good choice. However, I still think it is a marginal play. If
you play $3500 per hour at $1 96, about 700 per hour, you are making about
$40 per hour in comps but losing about $20 in cash. Thus are you are
playing for about $20 an hour in comps. And that assumes perfect play and
never trying your hand at double bonus, deuces or some of the other lower
playing games there. My guess is that for most people it is a wash and if
you can get some free meals and concerts out of it...Great.

I certainly don't blame anyone for playing there. I still give them some
minor action. At least I think we can agree that MS is better place that
Foxwoods! I do wonder that if others feel they are getting everything they
need, comp wise, at the $1 level why would they ever risk playing at the $5
level? Certainly not to get a more comped meals.

I agree,
We only play the $1 9-6 JOB and I know I play close to 100%. I
practice on win poker and rarely make mistakes on JOB. DB is another
story. I know every hold but I am sure I miss some things. If I lose
$20 in cash and gain $40 in comps and get to see any show I want and
get gas cards and shopping sprees I still come out well ahead. It is
a pretty place and the my wife loves the shops.
