Thanks for the info Karen. I've seen this many times though mainly in "locals" casinos in
Las Vegas. I've always wondered why people (generally women when I've observed) cash
out a ticket and immediately put paper money in. I've wanted to ask but felt it would be
rude.

Seems like a pretty silly thing to do. With half a brain they'd realize that they could hide a bill about as easily as the TITO slip, and then just tell their husbands that they lost the money. Doesn't take much sense to fold a few big bills and stick them in the bottom of their shoe, or maybe slip it inside their bra until they get into the ladies room. Heh, heh ... and then they've got to cash in all of those miscellaneous TITO tickets they've collected. Whatever.
